I guess men that will of the wall cant be absolutely scripted in the work of making it or destroying it. The reason being you are metaphorical out here about the wall bt remember guys tht simily of wall can be drawn with massive behaviour of principles, traditions,customs, freedom,limitations, goals and jus too many to mention. Now lets take the principle of honesty. if i compare honesty with a wall definitely the will of honesty lies in mking it for it is very easy to be dishonest n break the principle. and now consider a person born with the virtue of dishonesty by birth. definitely for ths person will lies in destroying it. So i personally believe that every virtue a man is born with has got a black or a white paint differently in different people but the will to keep up the goodness or destroy the fakeness of virtue comes with realization of virtues one is born with deeply whch comes with self observation and thus yeah a broad vision is ofcourse mandatory but of oneself
